Sane Per Acqua ...
The Turkish Bath (hammam) is close to the Villa. Guests can enjoy a traditional hammam followed by a scrub and a "Moroccan" massage. It is a paid service.

The story...
The baths of the Roman Empire were gradually recovered by muslims. They allowed them to total ablution by following the precepts of the Koran. In Morocco there were very few bathrooms in homes and since hammam has an important place in the lives of moroccans people.

The first step in the ritual of the Moorish bath is to allow the pores to expand under the effect of heat and steam. Then the skin is ready for a scrub, which is done with soap "beldi" (black soap) and the appropriate glove. This scrub is intended to remove dead skin.
The hammam provides a feeling of well-being and relaxation. To prolong this sensation, nothing like a relaxing massage.
